Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order. 

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect payment at checkout.

Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item has been dispatched by contacting us at hello@stimtown.co.uk. Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.

EU Customers: If you are based in the European Union, you retain your statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery, even for pre-ordered items.

Refunds

If your cancellation is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable and we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be automatically refunded in full.

Delays

Pre-order estimated dates are subject to change. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay to your order.
