How much does shipping cost?

UK: £4.50 - free for orders over £25.
Europe: £9.99 - free for orders over £50.

How quickly will my order be sent out?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, and often sooner if we can. You'll receive a notification once your order is on its way.

Do you cover customs and duties fees for international orders?

No, any customs or import duties charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. We're not able to predict or cover these fees, so we'd recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.

Can I order larger quantities of an item?

We stock small quantities to keep things fresh and varied, but if you'd like a larger quantity of a specific item, just reach out, we can look into sourcing it directly from our suppliers.

I'm ordering a mystery box : can I make special requests?

Absolutely, we'll do our best to accommodate! Drop us a message before or at checkout with your preferences (themes, colours, sensory needs, etc.) and we'll try our best to tailor it for you. We can't always guarantee every request but we'll always try.
